ATCOM is a fully owned subsidiary of Fakhro Electronics W.L.L., operating in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates with a mission to provide leading-edge enterprise communication solutions. Created in 2001 to be the UAE distributor for Ericsson Business Networks products and other complementary enterprise solutions products, the company received within one year of its registration its Ericsson Enterprise “Advance Partner” status in both sales and service.

ATCOM operates modern office facilities in the Garhoud district of Dubai with nearby warehousing and technical support facilities. It maintains a high level of competence in its areas of specialised technical disciplines through heavy investment in the training and certification of its specialists in system design, installation and support.
