| Fakhro Transport was established in 1981 with the aim of providing car rental services to the highest international standards
under the Budget Rent-A-Car franchise.
Other services were soon added, and presently include :
- Short and medium-term vehicle hire to corporate accounts
- Leasing of cars to individuals and corporations
- Chaffeur services within Bahrain and to and from Saudi Arabia
- Worldwide reservations through Budget Rent-A-Car's computerized international reservation system
- Sale of high-quality used vehicles
Fakhro Transport’s fleet of approximately 2,000 cars is by far one of the largest vehicle rental fleets in Bahrain, and independent market research has consistently rated Budget-Rent-A-Car Bahrain as the country's prominent car rental agency.
