Fakhro Electronics Group founded ATCOM in the UAE in 2001 and subsequently attained the sole distributorship in the UAE for Ericsson PABX's.

Today the subsidiary is establishing itself as a young system integrator in the market, with 20 employees working out of its two UAE offices and distributorship agreements with a growing list of leading technology companies including Diavox and Soft-ex.

ATCOM’s partnership with Soft-ex involves the UAE distribution of Soft-ex Telephony Manager (STM), the company’s market leading telephone management system.

STM is a PC based call accounting and traffic management software package for key systems and PBXs that monitors and reports on a company’s telephone activity.

Currently installed in over 40,000 locations throughout the world, the system is sold via a network of more than eighty distributors in ninety countries. The relationship between ATCOM and Diavox involves the sale, marketing, and support of the range of DiaVox Voice Messaging Products.
